Our gates are designed to prevent accidental falls through guardrail openings by always returning to a closed position. The special industrial properties of polyurethane make possible a horizontally swinging selfclosing gate, totally independent from delicate springs, cams or bearings.

Round tube kit
Installs easily with no drilling or welding required. Fits standard 42 to 48 mm pipes. Other pipe dimensions available on demand.
Square tube kit
No drilling or welding required, clamp based installation. Fits 30/40/50/60 tubes.
Flat bar kit
No drilling or welding required, easy installation. Designed to fit 30/40/50/60/70 flat strip dimensions.
Magnetic closure kit
Suitable for offshore, windy areas, ships, and cranes. The kit holds the gate securely closed as recommended by EN ISO 14122 but not locked.

We have four standard sizes to cover different opening dimensions: UDG-22 (560 mm), UDG-27 (690 mm), UDG-32 (820 mm), and UDG-37 (950 mm).

For engineering purposes, we have 3D files and a TEKLA plugin available. The TEKLA plugin is an application for modelling Intrepid industrial safety gates. With only a few clicks you generate the right gate for the right opening. It also generates a list of gates used for your project.
